Our head-turning
design makes your
brand impossible
to ignore – and
that’s why clients
choose us.
Your business design needs to be fresh, intuitive, and compelling. It’s your shop window – the first impression of who you are and what you stand for. It should connect instantly with your audience and leave a lasting impression that defines your brand. Because if it doesn’t stand out, you risk becoming just another name in a crowded marketplace.
At Yellow Jersey Design, we understand this instinctively. With over 30 years’ experience across logo design, branding, print, digital, and website design, we turn strong ideas into meaningful, effective brands. Bringing every element of design together under one roof, we combine our expertise with your insight to create work that not only looks good, but starts conversations and leaves a lasting impression.
I just wanted to put on record how pleased I am with all the work you have completed for Barton Technology Ltd. The new logo and “theme” you designed for us has refreshed our look and has resulted in us gaining new business. Your professionalism and friendly nature make it a pleasure to work with you and we will be using Yellow Jersey for all our design requirements in the foreseeable future.
I am happy to endorse you to anyone looking for an excellent graphic designer.
Dominic Jones, Barton Technology
I can highly recommend the services of Paul and his team at YJD. Paul has been working with us for some time now to develop our company branding and update our online presence and I can honestly say, I have not found another individual who is as enthusiastic and driven to deliver a high level of service. YJD provide us with business cards, comp slips, vehicle livery through to maintaining our website which now also includes the new responsive version for smart phones and tablets, giving our company the professional look we need. Thank you to the “Brandman” and his team.

I have been using Yellow Jersey for a fair few years now and Paul is fantastic at understanding what it is I am needing and will take on any ideas I have. Thankfully he keeps up with trends where I am maybe a little behind the times so has some great ideas on how I can make my menus, products and promotions stand out.
I would not hesitate in recommending yellow jersey, great service, quick turn around and listens to your needs and will deliver an amazing product.

Our Process
Below is our design process, tailored for all branding, print, digital, or website projects. Each stage outlines how we work to ensure the best possible outcome for your project.
1. Discovery
Understand the business, objectives, constraints, and success metrics to ensure every design decision has purpose.Begin with a meeting, Zoom, or call to confirm timeline and budget, then capture a clear brief detailing goals, target audience, and key messages.
2. Research
Before starting the project, identify and understand the target audience profiles.Define the brand’s positioning and pinpoint what sets the client apart from competitors.
For digital projects, determine which platforms best suit their goals and preferences.
3. Initial Concepts
Develop one concept for smaller projects or multiple directions for larger, more in depth work, allowing the client to choose a direction that feels right. The number of concepts is agreed at the outset and guided by the project budget. Concepts are delivered as a PDF or, for larger projects, possible as a presentation.4. Design Development
Confirm a single creative direction and outline the full scope of deliverables – such as logo, colour palette, typography, iconography, photography style, and templates. Each element is developed and shared with the client for feedback. For smaller projects, this stage focuses on refining and finalising the chosen concept through to completion.5. Testing
Create interactive prototypes for digital projects, allowing the client to experience the site’s flow and functionality firsthand. For print-based work, conduct technical tests and colour proofs to ensure precise colour accuracy, especially for brands requiring exact colour control.
6. Refine and Finalise
Incorporate client feedback from the test site and gather all necessary details to launch the final site on the client’s domain.Refine and optimise all vector artwork and imagery, ensuring clean lines, precise kerning, and balanced visuals.
Prepare final colour separations and print-ready PDFs where needed, and secure formal sign-off on all final files and brand guidelines.
7. Delivery
Deliver the final website or digital design, providing backend access details so the client can upload their own content as needed. CMS guidance can be supplied upon request.Prepare and supply all final files in both print and digital formats — SVG, PNG, and JPEG for web; EPS, PDF, and AI for print; and TIFF for large format.
Ensure all print materials are delivered on schedule, and share final print-ready PDFs with the client if desired.
